By accessing and using the Xtreme LaserWorks website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.
2. Customization and Proofs
Customized orders are created based on the specifications provided by the customer.
Proofs or samples are available upon request but are intended as rough previews only.
Due to natural material variations and the artistic nature of engraving, slight differences in color, depth, or appearance are normal and expected.
By ordering, you acknowledge and accept these potential variations.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
After 24 hours, production will have started, and cancellations or changes will not be possible.
4. Returns and Refunds
Our Return Policy applies to all purchases.
Returns are accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or if an error occurred during customization.
Custom orders and digital downloads are non-refundable unless a verified production error has occurred.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Xtreme LaserWorks website, including designs, images, and text, is the property of Xtreme LaserWorks LLC and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Xtreme LaserWorks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.
