Returns Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- We accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or if there is an error on our part in the customization process.
- Custom creations cannot be returned due to changes of heart or dissatisfaction with design choices.
2. Notification Period:
- Any issues with your order must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
3. Proof of Purchase:
- Please provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or receipt.
4. Condition of Returned Items:
- Items must be returned in original packaging and in the same condition as received.
5. Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at Sales@xtremelaserworks.com to initiate the return process.
- Please provide clear images of any damage or defects for assessment.
6. Assessment and Resolution:
- Our team will review your case and, if applicable, provide a return authorization.
- For damaged or defective items, we will either issue a refund or offer a replacement.
7. Refund Method:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
8. Return Shipping:
- In the case of a valid return, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.
9. Non-Returnable Items:
- Due to the custom nature of our creations, we cannot accept returns for items that were accurately engraved according to your specifications.
- All purchases on Digital Items are Non-Refundable.
10. Order Cancellations:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible due to the customization process.
11. Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need changes, a new order must be placed.
12. Customer Responsibilities:
- Please double-check all customization details before placing your order to prevent errors.
13. How to Return or Exchange:
- Contact us at Sales@xtremelaserworks.com to obtain a return authorization number and return instructions.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or replacement within 3-5 business days.
Shipping Policy
1. Processing Times:
- Ready-made items ship within 3-5 business days.
- Custom orders require 5-10 business days for production before shipping. However, more complex projects may take longer depending on design intricacy and workload. We will provide an estimated completion time upon order confirmation.
- During peak seasons, processing times may vary.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs:
- We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
- Free standard shipping is available for orders over $50.
3. Domestic Shipping Only:
- We currently ship within the U.S. only.
- Buyers are responsible for ensuring that their purchased items comply with state and local shipping regulations.
- If an order includes an item that is restricted in the buyer’s state, the order will be canceled and fully refunded.
4. Tracking & Delivery:
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or customs processing.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly.
- If the issue is due to shipping damage, reach out to Sales@xtremelaserworks.com with photos, and we will assist you in filing a claim.
6. Address Accuracy:
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
- If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the item.
