1. **Eligibility for Returns:**
- We accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or if there is an error on our part in the customization process.
- Custom creations cannot be returned due to changes of heart or dissatisfaction with design choices.
2. **Notification Period:**
- Any issues with your order must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
3. **Proof of Purchase:**
- Please provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or receipt.
4. **Condition of Returned Items:**
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
5. **Return Process:**

- Please provide clear images of any damage or defects for assessment.
6. **Assessment and Resolution:**
- Our team will review your case and, if applicable, provide a return authorization.
- For damaged or defective items, we will either issue a refund or offer a replacement.

- Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
8. **Return Shipping:**
- In the case of a valid return, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.
9. **Non-Returnable Items:**
- Due to the custom nature of our creations, we cannot accept returns for items that were accurately engraved according to your specifications.
10. **Cancellation Policy:**
- Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, cancellations are not possible due to the custom nature of our products.
11. **Exchanges:**
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to make changes, you will need to place a new order.
12. **Customer Responsibilities:**
- Please ensure all customization details are accurate at the time of order to avoid errors.
13. **Digital Items**
-All purchases on Digital Items are Non-Refundable.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team by email. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your product. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
